Bouq (pronounced “Book”) is a deals system by SingaporeBrides where you can purchase vouchers from participating vendors you intend to book with, adding savings to your happy occasion.

1. Browse through our numerous categories and click on any voucher that captures your interest.
   
2. Be sure to read all the information stated in the voucher’s product details (e.g. voucher’s perks, validity period, redemption instructions, and vendor’s contact details) before making the purchase.
   
3. If you have any questions in regards to the voucher, you may contact the vendor directly through their contact details listed in the voucher’s product details.
4. To proceed with the purchase, click on the "BUY IT NOW" button and you will be directed to the order confirmation page.
   
5. Fill in the required fields and double-check if the fields are filled correctly (i.e., contact information and billing address), then click on "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT".
6. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link back to the order confirmation page.
   
7. To redeem your voucher, contact the vendor to make an appointment and present a screengrab of the order confirmation page with the unique e-voucher code to finalise your transaction with the vendor.
   

Bouq voucher has a validity period of ONE year from the date of purchase.

Purchased Bouq vouchers are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Bouq vouchers can only be used on newly-signed packages.

Bouq vouchers can be used along with promotions that the vendor has to offer.

This varies depending on each vendor. Some vendors would require a minimum spend of a certain value, whereas other vendors do not.

To find out more, you may refer to your desired voucher’s product details.

Only ONE Bouq voucher can be purchased per vendor at one time. Bouq vouchers may be purchased from more than one vendor.

In the order confirmation email, click on "View your order" to see the order confirmation page.

Before the purchase page, there will be voucher redemption instructions listed on the voucher's product details.

You will be able to find further information on how you may redeem the voucher and other information you may need in order to utilise the voucher (e.g., vendor's contact information, details to provide to our vendor, etc.)

Any amount not covered by Bouq vouchers will need to be topped up by you.

Expired Bouq vouchers will be voided and not refunded as we are unable to extend the validity. Each voucher has a fixed validity of one year from the date of purchase.

Fret not! Do drop us an email at bouq@singaporebrides.com within 24 hours of the purchase date. Please provide us with the order confirmation email or order number and we will review your order accordingly.

The Bouq Gift Card is a gift that can be given to couples that are planning for a wedding. Each gift card comes with a unique code and a stored value

The Bouq Gift Card can be used to offset purchases of Bouq vouchers from participating vendors.

1. Select "Gift Card" from the homepage menu bar. If you would like gift it to someone, simply check on "This is a gift" and include your own personalized message.
   
2. Click on the "BUY IT NOW" button and you will be directed to an order confirmation page.
3. Fill in the required fields and double-check if the fields are filled correctly (i.e., contact information and billing address), then click on "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT"
   *If you would like to gift to another recipient, please fill in the required fields with the intended recipient contact information and billing address.
4. Once the order is confirmed, there will be 2 different emails (as shown below) that will be sent to the respective email addresses.

• You will receive an order confirmation email.
  
• The gift card recipient will receive an email with a unique gift card code, which they can use to purchase Bouq vouchers.
  

Before making a purchase, we recommend contacting your desired vendor with the contact details as stated in the voucher to check on their availability.
To pay for your order with your Bouq Gift Card, simply copy the unique code from the email with the Bouq Gift Card details and paste it into the ‘Gift Card’ field at checkout. Once you click ‘Apply’, the value of the Bouq Gift Card will be deducted from the order total amount.

No, the Bouq Gift Card has a strict validity period of ONE year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

No, you need not use the full value of your gift card in one purchase. However, the remaining value left in the Bouq Gift Card must be used within ONE year from the date of purchase or it will be forfeited.

You will be required to pay the remaining amount from the payment options that are available upon checking out.
