Bouq Vouchers

  1. Before purchasing a Bouq voucher, please check on the vendor’s availability using the contact details stated in the voucher’s details.
  2. Purchased Bouq vouchers are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  3. Each couple is only allowed to Bouq ONE deal and redeem ONE Bouq voucher per vendor.
  4. Every Bouq voucher that is listed has a validity period of ONE year from the date of purchase.
  5. Bouq vouchers can only be redeemed with the goods or services that are offered by the vendor. The vendor reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the voucher such as redemption and etc. at their own discretion.
  6. Purchased Bouq vouchers must be fully utilised in one transaction.
  7. Any unused balance on Bouq vouchers will not be refunded and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  8. Bouq vouchers are strictly not allowed to be reproduced, sold, resold, or traded on any other platform. If any attempts are carried out, the voucher will be considered invalid at our discretion.
  9. If a Bouq voucher is expired, stolen, or lost, SingaporeBrides will not be responsible and no replacement will be provided in these situations.
  10. In the event of a dispute between you and the vendor after the procurement of a voucher, SingaporeBrides shall act within its policies, to mediate, negotiate and resolve the issues with both parties, not limited to any liability or indemnity.
  11. SingaporeBrides reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as necessary.


Bouq Gift Card

  1. Bouq Gift Cards can be used to offset purchases using their unique codes. Lost codes will not be replaced.
  2. Bouq Gift Card is valid for ONE year from the date of purchase with strictly no extension of validity. Any residual value from the Bouq Gift Card after ONE year will be forfeited.
  3. Bouq Gift Cards are strictly not allowed to be used directly with Bouq participating vendors and can only be used to purchase Bouq vouchers on bouq.singaporebrides.com. 
  4. The purchased Bouq Gift Card is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  5. Bouq Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  6. The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
